We do not measure impact only through marks or completed activities.
For us, impact may mean that a child:
- Communicates a need independently.
- Waits without distress.
- Participates in a classroom activity.
- Learns to use the toilet.
- Eats independently.
- Reads a community sign.
- Completes a work task.
- Expresses discomfort.
- Travels safely within the community.
- Joins a mainstream classroom.
- Develops a sense of competence, dignity and belonging.
Every meaningful step towards communication, participation and independence matters.
