Dr. Suchismita Das

Founder, Managing Trustee and Technical Director

Dr. Suchismita Das is a Behavioural Analyst, Inclusion Strategist, Neurodiversity Advocate and special education professional with more than two decades of experience.

She founded Perseverance Special School and leads the technical vision, programme development, curriculum design, behavioural intervention, institutional partnerships and professional training initiatives of Pragnya Charitable Trust.

Her work focuses on individualised education, functional communication, positive behaviour support, inclusive schooling, teacher development, family empowerment and transition planning.

Stephy Daniel Gladson

Head – Research and Training

Stephy leads research, curriculum support, professional training, course coordination and capacity-building initiatives. She also supports programme quality, educator development and the implementation of structured teaching practices across centres.

Maria

Centre Coordinator – HBR Layout

Maria coordinates the day-to-day educational and operational requirements of the HBR Layout centre. She works closely with educators, families and the leadership team to support programme implementation and learner progress.

Chandrika

Administration and Front Desk – HBR Layout

Chandrika supports parent communication, enquiries, centre administration, visitor coordination and day-to-day operational requirements.

Vocational Instructor

Jacqueline supports vocational instruction, production-based learning and the development of functional workplace skills among adolescents and young adults.
